Bill Roberts Tribute

Remembering Bill Roberts:

Bill Roberts was an integral part of the creation and continuation of Kids’ Acting Academy. He was with us from the very beginning as one of our original staff members.  Bill taught improvisation and stage vocabulary to our youth performers.  With Bill’s teaching experience as a paraeducator in the Marshalltown Community School District, he could quickly pick up on whether our younger students needed to get up and move with a theatre game or another activity while waiting for direction.  The kids loved Mr. Bill with all of his humor and guidance.

Bill will be greatly missed both in Kids’ Acting Academy as well as a member of the Marshalltown Community Theatre.  Our hearts and minds are forever changed by Mr. Roberts.  We dedicate our 2024 Variety Show to his memory.  We are lucky to know you, Bill!  Thank you!
