Marshalltown Community Theatre Playwriting Competition

The Marshalltown Community Theatre announces that the playwriting competition for 2024 is now closed.  

Until March 1, 2024, the Community Theatre was accepting scripts for one act plays and full length plays at this email address ( mctplayfest@yahoo.com ).  Two $50 prizes (for two winning one act plays) and one $200 prize (for the winning full length play) have been awarded to the winners.
